Juniper is an extremely violent, hedonistic serial killer. He is well known for a number recorded snuff tapes containing footage of him and other men around his age (some of which were willing participants, therefore "consensual" distributed online by him for cryptocurrency. Overtly devoid of empathy but views himself as doing favours to those who "consent" to being ended mutually by him, is too lighthearted which ultimately leads to him being discovered.

Juniper was Takaya's former classmate, he pushed Takaya into silence by threatening violence upon them and their family, to which allowed for Juniper to get away with it for a few months in 2013.

Juniper was violently apprehended by the Toronto police after several of his tapes leaked in late 2013 and Takaya submitted a tip.
